§ 1 User
The user of these Terms and Conditions is:

§ 2 Scope
These general terms and conditions apply to all legal transactions between the user and a consumer (according to Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) a “natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly neither be attributed to their commercial nor their independent professional activity”).

§ 3 Conclusion of contract and storage of the contract text
The provisions of these General Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed by consumers via the website www.schwesterleinshop.com of the Schwesterleinshop online shop.

The contract is concluded with the user (see § 1).

The presentation and description of the goods on the Schwesterleinshop website www.schwesterleinshop.com does not constitute a contractual offer.

By ordering a product by clicking on the "order with payment" button at the end of the ordering process, a consumer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. The contract is only concluded when the user sends an order confirmation by email .

The contract text is saved when orders are placed. Consumers receive an email with the order details and the applicable terms and conditions. After the contract has been concluded, the order details can no longer be viewed online unless the consumer has created a customer account.

§ 4 Payment
The statutory sales tax and other price components are included in the prices stated. Shipping costs are not included in the price shown and may be incurred additionally. These are regulated by our shipping service provider sendcloud and will vary depending on the shipping country.
The following payment options are available to consumers:

• credit cards (various)
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Payment upon pickup (only for verified customers)

§ 5 Delivery, delivery restrictions
Delivery will take place within 7 working days, unless the description of a selected product explicitly states otherwise.
In case of payment via bank transfer or PayPal, this period begins on the day after the payment order is issued.

§ 6 Transfer of Risk
The risk of accidental deterioration or accidental loss of the goods rests with the user until the goods are handed over and passes to the consumer upon handover.

§ 7 Retention of Title
The user retains ownership of the goods until the purchase price has been received in full.

§ 8 Warranty
The statutory warranty regulations apply.

§ 9 Product photos

By placing your order, you agree that we may use a product photo for advertising purposes free of charge and without restrictions. If you do not agree to this clause, please contact us.
